Download iTunes if necessary - required to transfer media files to iPhones and iPads. If you have an older computer, make sure it meets the requirements.
Add music to your iTunes library- You can add music to your iTunes library by importing songs off a CD, purchasing music from the iTunes music store, or by adding songs already on your computer.
Add your videos to your iTunes library- for transfering your videos to your phone, you will need to import them into iTunes.
Connect your iPhone to your computer-

Connect your iPhone SYNC, remember to click on the auto-refill section and replace a copy
Set what music to sync
Wait for the sync to complete.
Disconnect your iPhone.
